This was pretty good...I'm struggling to decide if it was my best pizza dough ever...it was certainly up in the top 3. Couldn't get any "light lager" in my country town, so I used a 'premium light beer' The dough smelt really amazing, it was very hard/tough for pizza dough initially, but after rising overnight it softened up nicely.
