Will it be possible to create the berry drops using dry-ice instead of nitrogen? It is kinda hard to get hold of fluid nitrogen around here....and insanely expensive.

Come on, I loved this idea, but the ingredients are extremely hard to get for taste over money and time
I think this looks amazing! However, a chamber vac, centrifuge, and liquid nitrogen are all out of reach for we lowly home cooks. Any chance of a hahd slummin' version of this recipe?
