Arrived yesterday -- super easy out of the box. I had two sons smearing yogurt on their faces, so I didn't have time for anything more than a few minutes. So I sous vide asparagus and sauteed chicken tenders. Turned out great.

I'll a pork tenderloin waiting for this evening. Hope to post photos soon. But I'm VERY happy with my girl Joule.
