How can group make burgers that are essentially beef but mix in portobello mushroom pieces, onion, roasted garlic and cheese throughout the mixture? Also, can you cook them via Sous Vide, freeze them and reheat them using the Sous Vide method later and how??? BEGGING for an answer please!!!!!!!!

I would say that all of your ingredients should be the same size as the ground beef, and if you are adding them to the mix they should be precooked so you do not add more moisture. And dice your cheese in quarter in cubes and fold them in. with The cheese in there I would recommend cooking in a pan or flat top over the grill.
