Once again thank you! I have a small artisanal food company. We have spent a lot of time on our labeling and presentation of our bottled sauces. Plating is definitely an area I need improvement in. I still need to photograph dishes prepared with our products. I'm betting you would do a fabulous class on that subject. I've been playing around with natural food coloring and paint brushes, which I'm getting there. Slowly! The other area is photographing the dishes. All quite tricky! Though this was just a quick shot with my phone, the artwork on the label was part of a painting I had done in the late 80's. It worked well with our Caribbean sauce.
Picked up some extremely good tips from this course. Had a good run with plating lately and just recently produced a plate I wasn't too fond of, but I think some of these tips will help fix the mistakes!
Thank you.God bless you.

Great reading and examples to follow and the pics help also. These reinforce what I have learned and am learning

gracias por todo, curso genial
one question for dish design and plating+serving lovers: would it be helpful if you could personally draw or choose the decoration of a dish or platter? I have to make my decision about investing in a digital decoration machine for ceramic and porcelain dishes... and I am only a good food lover, not a real chef!
