@Benjamin Garman had a good question concerning how to pickle the garlic. Does anyone have any tested methods that are preferred? This seems to be a powerful ingredient in the list.

Hahaha Don't forget you can substitute clams, mussels, or even thinly-sliced pork belly for the geoduck.
