It's come to our attention that some Joules have been shipped with a test ChefSteps Wi-Fi network profile inadvertently pre-loaded. If you see an alert within the app that says: "Huh. We can’t find the WiFi network csguest. Wanna try reconnecting?", you may initially find some issues getting your Joule connected to Wi-Fi.
There's a simple way to get your Joule back in working order -
(1) Disconnect Joule (Settings -> Device Settings -> Disconnect Joule)
(2) Perform a factory reset (per the instructions
here)
(3) Pair with Joule again
