I have had a Sous Vide Supreme for quite a few years now. I have not had any issues with it and use it fairly often. But, I can't take it traveling! This week I took my Joule on a trip and made 72-hour short ribs and shank. I did have to add water each day even though I used foil to make a temporary pot cover. Minor inconvenience. The best part is now with Joule, I can sous vide when I'm not at home. Setup was simple and use was a no-brainer. I am a very happy Joule owner!
