Anyone have this problem with Joule coming?

I just got an email from Chefsteps with the title : Your Shipment from Chefsteps is on its way! When I open up the email on my computer, it is all blank with colored screens but nothing on them

Not sure what it is supposed to say or what is on there.

Any ideas what to do? On my pc, I have a place to click "show images" but when I open this email, that area to click doesn't exist. Help!

Go to your order history. If your Joule has shipped, it will have the pertinent information there

Go to the order confirmation email and click on the link in orange and it will take you to your order and its status...if someone knows another way to access order history please let me know...I have not found access from the website itself

Go to cheftsteps.com, login, and click on the little profile circle to get to your order history. However, it doesn't tell you really anything, not even your tracking number...
