Any insights on what exactly green banana peppers are ? Where they can be sourced/ or if they have another common name ? I’m having trouble finding them in the Midwest.

Hey Jack, They're a little hard to find, your best bet is finding someone who grows them. But if you look at the note at the top, you can substitute them with longhorn or Korean long peppers, which are easier to find.
