45 minutes - really?? measuring all of these tiny amounts of ingredients stretched this dish out past 3 hours. Maybe if you work in a restaurant and the ingredients are all measured out as a set spice prep but give me a break! The result was very good but I doubt that I’ll make this or (regrettably) any of the other two again.
