Accidentally removing from water while running

Any problems if the joule is running, and gets accidentally removed from the water?

For a second or two it's probably OK, but any longer than that and you'd damage the unit.

It was designed to be operated in water.

Mine (as should yours) shuts down immediately (5 seconds) It is a built in safety measure. It still is not a good idea to do this on a regular basis.

Joule has a lot of built in safety features. It will even shut down if you move it around to much. It has an accelerometer and altimeter even.
