I have and been using my joule for several years, more than 10… and now because I live outside the listed countries I can no longer use it!!!!!! That is upsetting specially because in my country there are several Breville products that would benefit from the app but some executive decided that we could no longer use our products or your new products… it is upsetting!!!!!
