I am going to delete my profile after this whether this message shows or not.

You guys essentially did wrong by merging with breville. App and digital side generated more problems for your use base. There are now thousands of different sous wide compact options to purchase. Joule gone complete plastic. Most of the time we are locked into this yearly subscription and additional tiers of chef steps pro max+

Just not the culture and community I bought in. I like how visual and simple was it back then now I will just adjust it in manually and buy an open sous wide with less options rather than paying 69$ for studio pass that cripples my chef steps joule app. You should have left joule app running for older users as a gesture or grandfather them into new subscriptions with discounted prices or provide them with breville options for many things.

You got acquired product got worse over time here we are.
