I am making a run to Costco today. Plan to pick up different meats I can use my joule with when it arrives in a few days.
How do you use the joule to cook a large tomahawk ribeye steak? It looks like a standing rib roast but only one bone and the steak is maybe 3 inches thick. Do I just follow the sous vide directions for steak and if so, how much time must I add in since the instructions are for only up to 2 inch steaks which takes 2 hours? I want it medium rare when done. Thanks!
