I received my Joule yesterday (ordered January 15) and my first meal with it was 2 1.5inch NY Strip Steaks with mashed potatoes and red wine reduction sauce. After previously making this meal a couple times with a thermometer and stove top, I have got to say this was a whole hell of a lot easier and a lot less stressful. I was able to set up my Joule very quickly and it took care of my steak while I could take care of everything else. I actually managed to serve a meal with an almost spotless kitchen at the end. Normally I don't have the time or the room to clean as I go as I live in a small apartment and it ends up looking like a disaster hit it. By the way, I used my big non-stick pot to do it in, which is not magnetic, however this was easily solved by putting the bottom portion of one of my 9-in springform pans underneath the pot and the Joule stuck perfectly.
Thank you again ChefSteps for making this amazing device that fits in my kitchen drawer right next to my immersion blender. It was absolutely silent and easy to use. Now, my biggest suggestion is to spend some time updating your app and making it the best it can absolutely be on both Android and iOS.
Here are a couple pictures as requested. They are not the greatest pictures and I am too lazy for fancy plating.
