Always got the food burned on the bottom...so hot it over cooks the food....yea, me too....thats why I put the Chafing Dish away along time ago......BUT IT'S BACK....

I have a deeper water pan just have to dig it out....you can go really deep with fuel canisters removed...

That's cool in a hot way! One thing that would bother me is after while with many many many glasses of wine I could see Swedish meatballs and the like leaving their hotel room and going for a late night hot tub... maybe a plate over the pool would be in order? Otherwise genius!
