I have version 47.11 and the app says I'm up to date. How do you get 61.22? I understand you may be a beta tester but you are 14 versions ahead? Just curious--my joule and its software is working perfectly. Doing my first long cook--lamb shanks🤓

I am not a beta tester.

Follow directions here to reset Joule;

In the app go to Settings > Device Settings > Update Joules Software. You should see an option there for the latest version.

I had the same problem when I tried to update with my IPhone. When I used my IPad it updated. No idea why.

Hi! Everyone will eventually get 61.22! Right now, we're slowly rolling out Joule's software update to a small group of randomly selected users. Once we are satisfied with the process, we will release it to everyone else. Unlike the Joule app, updating the software on the device is something we don't want to do very often, since updating hardware can be disruptive and we want to make sure we get it just right. But rest assured, we want everyone to have the awesome stuff in this update, so we'll get it to you as soon as we can!

Got 1 to update no problem, the other failed 5 times in a row now just says "up to date" yet still reads the old version,

Received a notification of an update, appeared to successfully download and apply the first two, restarted the Joule, and then the final one failed. Still on 47.11 and reporting up to date. Just started a 24 hour cook so I'll try again tomorrow.

I tried to update using only Bluetooth and it failed. Was successful when using wireless.
