I came across these old pictures of when I would par cook my steaks before putting them on the grilling. I had experimented with different tools. Here I used my toaster oven. Don't know how I got away without burning a hole in the ziplock bag. I had also tried to using my warming drawer and a baking dish filled with water but the temperature control was not digital like my toaster oven. Looking back, this is also a great example of how to ruin your appliances with melted plastic. I was able to maintain a low temp. I'm going to stick to sous vide.
