heavy, black cupcake tray

Any recommendations for a "heavy, black cupcake tray" as referenced in the kouign amann recipe? Does that mean iron? Nonstick? Thanks!

I would gander a dark colored (vs say an aluminum colored) muffin tin will work. Nonstick is dark so I would say yep. Heat transfers better in a dark baking medium than it does in glass or bright metal containers so thus the dark tray. If you're gonna use the non-stick don't skip the butter/sugar prep of the pan.
