Right out of the box I decided to do a simple steak (not too experienced of a cook, but starting to branch out).
Set up was super easy. Disconnected from Wifi once, but I think it was my router's fault.
Water went from 71-128 in the time it took me to trim and season the steak. I was in a bit of a hurry so I didn't presear.
Cooked about an hour and 15 minutes while I roasted some sprouts and potatoes. Turned out really well. I was skiddish on the post sear so I didn't get much of a crust, but overall a very satisfying dinner. And so easy with Joule! Couldnt be happier. Just a quick wipe down and back in the drawer.
