First meal with Joule

Smokerless ribs for dinner last night. Super simple and they came out PERFECT! Even got a smoke ring with the pink salt

Tossed some bacon in Joule after the ribs for BLT's tonight. Can't get enough Joule

Looks great! What temp did you use? I liked them at 162F but my husband prefers the 185F version.

I haven't gotten to the ribs yet but that that's good!

And bacon.....

I went with 162F and I really liked the snap the meat had to it.
