Inspired by Tim Sutherland's post about his box of toys, I thought it would be cool to show each other our toy/kitchens. I'm on a business trip, so will not be able to post until next wednesday, but please do.

Tim posted his entire kitchen in a previous post, and trust me you will be coveting. I still dream of it. Byrdie and myself have also previously posted our kitchens. Just go to the top and type "New Kitchen" in the search box if you are really interested. I couldn't find Tim's but it's there. Maybe @Tim_Sutherland_52834 can tell you what to search for.

Edit: I found one of them, but there is more. Tim's kitchen is beyond my dreams. I keep trying to get him to adopt me.

No Rational, but I do have two Alto-Shaam combis on my hot line.

A tandoor oven, deep fryer and charbroiler.

Induction cooktop and space for a few circulators.

I hold cooking lessons for up to 10, sitdown meals for over 20 and cocktail parties for 40 at home.

To keep myself busy during the week, I plan, shop, prep, cook, serve and clean, dinners for two families. The small family is 5 and the big family is 8-12. A normal meal is at least one protein, sauce, starch, four vege, and green salad. Sunday always has a soup starter and there is at least one dessert and house made bread during the week.
