My Joule is NOT WORKING!

I just received my joule about 2 weeks ago and have only used it once. Now I'm trying to make Thanksgiving dinner and Joule is NOT WORKING!

The app sees Joule and when I set the temperature, Joule does nothing. The led on top is slowly flashing orange, which means that it's heating to its set temperature, but the water is definitely not getting hotter and the propeller doesn't turn on.

I tried resetting Joule, and also removing the app from my phone and installing it again to no avail.

I need help.

Did you update the app? Maybe re- pair joule with the device.

I experienced the same thing over the weekend. The app says it's preheating the water and the led on top of Joule is flashing orange, but nothing is happening.

The same exact issue is happening with my Joule. I haven't heard back from support yet...but I assume mine is DEAD as well. I used to quite a bit over the past 10 months, and this issue slowly started occurring over the past 2 months. Usually resetting it fixed it, but this time I think it finally bit the bullet.

I am having the same problem. Been using Joule off and on since it was released with no problems. I have never dropped it or neglected to take care of it.

I'm also looking at an Anova and a new anova cap for my sous vide container, I hope they replace it but I need a new one until then and they're really cheap now, even the bluetooth model.
