Not sure how much you are going to use it but, here is the inexpensive one I bought . Just finished using it for creme brûlée and it works great..

I have been using the de Buyer 1.5L Kwik Pro for the last ~5 years. Expensive but bullet proof.

The large size works really good when plating for more than 10 people.
