What about a forum for trading products? I have things I'd love to share with you guys. Could this work, ChefSteps?
Could you guys support an online market (in the forum only/no liability) for trading? Would this be too much a pain in the ass or is there another option that the community would prefer?

Would there be interest from the community?

Well, I don't remember now what it was specifically because I think I was on the forum late when the idea first occurred to me. But, I have a farm full of specialty produce and some pastured pork and duck that we sell to a bunch of restaurant accounts. USDA inspected products.

I may've been thinking about some dried or fresh peruvian chiles or other chile varieties but I'm not sure if we're going through with these products in the plan this season.

I'm kinda up in the air and hope some of you guys could have ideas. I'm in South Louisiana.
