High Capacity, .1 G Accuracy Scale.

I know that chef steps has a thread on this and says the mettler toledo 6000 gram scale is their pick, but amazon doesn't offer it anymore. I realize I could find a different retailer, however I have tried doing my own research on other options and have yet to find anything of that high a capacity with a .1 gram accuracy. I would really like as many option as possible as most of us do, and think an end all be all selection might help individuals with similar situations. Any suggestions and knowledge will be welcomed.

I purchased a Sartorius Entris Precision Balance 8,200g a few years ago. They are not cheap but I use it many times a day.

I would not go below a 8,000g balance. My 5L pressure cooker base is just over 2kg and my 12L base is 3.5kg. It is easy to max out when you don't want to dirty another pot.

I talked to a sales person when I bought mine and is does make life easier discussing the various models and how you plan on using it.
