I ordered in June and received the Joule just before Thanksgiving, but couldn't use it due to dental surgery. Well, I did make a ramen egg last weekend, and it was so nice. Today I made my first ribeye, at 129F for 2.5 hours following the ultimate steak guide, from frozen. Awesome results! Probably was the best steak I ever tasted (I added butter, pepper, and dried rosemary before vacuum sealing and freezing, and I seared it with a Bernzomatic TS8000). The Joule was simple to pair with my phone, gave no issues, and is very quiet. The hype is real! Sous vide rocks and the Joule is a rockstar!
