Is it possible to set my own time and temp? I've looked around on the app but don't see a way to do it.

Open app. Once it locates Joule, click the orange circle at the bottom. You can set temp. There is also a timer at the bottom of the screen that shows you the water temperature, after you've set the temp.

Setting the temp each time? That's it? ... for a device that can use an iPhone as a controller ... and that's it??? Are you kidding me? I want (and by "I" I mean most of your customers want) the ability to create my own temp/time presets with custom labels and with a text area for notes - so my own page of egg timings with temp presets for example ... I don't want to set it live each time ... seriously - what a feature oversight on the part of ChefSteps ...

... and apparently you think more of Amazon Alexa customers than your own - as apparently they can custom set the Joule via Alexa and say “Cook my steak like last time...” - so I need an f'n Alexa to feed custom presets to Joule? - I actually thought I liked my Xmas present/Joule ... but the second thoughts are creeping in ...
