Adding the history tab to the app is a good start, but it would be really nice to be able to give those old cooks a custom name, like "Venison Chuck Roast" or "Sweet Potato Fries". After a few days, it gets really hard to remember which of those "Manual cook" events is which.
FWIW, 57.5 for 4 hours turns a a 1 kg venison chuck roast from stew meat into steak.
