I am on the team of designers at Get It Right working on some great accessories to complement the Joule. We have a few questions for all of you avid Joule users:
1. What kind of container do you use with your joule and why? (round metal pot, rectangular plastic tub, cooler, etc.)
2. Do you generally stand your Joule up inside the container, or clip it to the side and why?
3. How do you deal with evaporation?
4. How do you deal with floating food?
