I've been watching the drama with fulfillment for the past year, year? seems like it's been that long. I've always put off ordering seeing the droves of unhappy customers waiting months for their Joule to arrive. We'll I finally took the plunge and ordered mine 4 days ago and it arrived today straight from China. Have to say I'm impressed ChefSteps got their act together finally on distribution and delivered on their delivery promise around the holiday. Now I'm going to rock a prime rib for Xmas thanks to Joule. Good Job guys.
