I have already contacted ChefSteps about my frustration with this but wanted to post here as well.
I just received an email with a discount code for Holiday purchases within days of me receiving the new Joules in the mail.
When making this decision you should have been more upfront in terms of timing in November. I specifically waited to see if your team was going to release a Holiday deal and then ordered when I did not see one.
I just lost $40 bucks unless I got through the hassle of a 30 day return. I think its appropriate to offer that discount to me on the two recent purchases WITHOUT me going through a return loop process.
This was very frustrating to see, I have already sent an email and hope you can respond to everyone else that was thinking of pushing your product as a Holiday gift.
