This is a future feature I am sure every Joule owner would love - maybe you can team up with ThermoWorks to develop a wireless probe thermometer - the actual probe is wireless and not just a wireless receiver duplicating display from the base station. I am thinking that if this probe had a round end it could be inserted into whatever meat we are cooking sous vide without risk of puncturing the bag. If the probe was on a on a low frequency channel, it would have no problem transmitting through water. The Joule app could then feature a dual display - the water temp and the internal temp of the meat... this would be amazing for doing large cuts of meat.
