Bluetooth connectivity

I've only used Joule in locations that have wifi, however, I am going to be cooking in a location that does not have wifi. Will I be able to plug Joule in and simply connect via bluetooth? Has anyone done this? I found this in the Joule FAQ: "Joule works only with a WiFi or Bluetooth connection. You can cook without WiFi via Joule’s Bluetooth connection, but your phone or tablet needs to be connected to the internet while pairing with Joule." Does that mean that as long as I have phone service, I can connect?

Hi Frank, Yes you can control your Joule with no WiFi. You will just need to be in Bluetooth range when you set time and temp or want to check it.
