Hello there. I just saw a picture on pinterest and I would like to recreate that dish for my christmas dinner I am cooking for my family. Is there anybody that could tell me what or how to actually make that smoking part happen?

That's pure magic! Ehrm.. You have a couple of options here:
- Hide a smoking sprig of whatever herb you want between the other herbs. Obviously you need the be able to ignite it, so try this with a dried herb. Ignite it with a torch. Use a pair of tweezers to place it on the food.
- Serve it under a bell jar filled with cold smoke. You could use a Smoking Gun to achieve this.

I have the Noma cookbook, but I just put it into storage. I can dig it out, if anyone knows if this recipe is in it.
