Hi all, I tried cooking pork tenderloin with my joule but could not find any guides for pork tenderloin??? Is there a reason for that? I also see that "serious eats" has a recipe for this but with a different sous vide stick! Any chance a pork tenderloin guide can be added to stop guessing at it??

Daniel, the tenderloin will cook the same if you cook it with a Joule, an Anova, or any other method to keep a water bath at a stable temperature....

I've had success using the recipe for basic pork chop. Two inches thick and 145f. Comes out fine.

It's coming soon, I have a beta version of a new mini guide. Fresh, pink at 135'F, pinkish at 140'F and pinkish-white at 149'F, 2" thick 1 hour 45 minutes, 2.5" thick 2 hours 30 minutes and 3" thick 3 hours and 15 minutes are the suggestions. Times are all the same for each of the temperatures.
