Inspired by the CS team of course but I didn't want to fork out $40 for shipping. Turned out there's a Dutch webshop that carries the same knife :-)

Nice! I have a wustof I keep at the head office for when I travel there for a week or two at a time. I prefer the lighter japanese knives for sure.

Oh man, she's a beauty and push-cut through paper sharp upon delivery
The balance is very different when compared to the German blade, as there's little mass in the handle. It really does need some getting used to.
Fortunately it's a western style double sided edge so it's familiar. Bottom line: handles beautifully
