Course results don't show up

I have finished the knife sharpening course and am about 2/3 finished the sous vide course, but it appears the site forgets all my progress. I log in and the courses don't show results - Knife sharpening shows me at 0 of 7, yet I have posted the end final picture of my results (knife through onion like it was butter). My profile does not even show the sous vide course, even though I have completed everything up to 3.1 - why package food.

At first I thought the issue was due to me logging in both with a tablet and my laptop, but even re-doing sections with my laptop have no impact on the results of the course showing up.

Hey @douglas,

Thanks for taking the time to let us know about the issues you've been having. Regarding the sous vide course, its a course we're still working on content for so all the functionality is not quite there yet. We didn't want to hold up the content from our students. In the near future, we'll be breaking up this course into a few smaller courses. At that time, the lessons you've already gone through should transfer over at that time.

Regarding the knife sharpening course, I've fixed the issue so you should be able to see your progress reflected in your profile.

Hi guys, I had the same issue with the spherification course. My profile shows 6 of 12, but I believe I've been through everything.

Thank you Huy, it now shows me at 7/7, which is mostly correct - I click on the course and there is a button for me to continue it, which leads to Sharpen and Post, where I am to post a picture. I have already done this, my picture is posted. It should say complete.

@douglas You're absolutely correct. We do need a better indication of completion of courses. Again, thanks for taking the time to give us feedback. Btw, great photo of the olive oil cake!
