most of the recipes in the American drop cookies series are missing
it looks to me like the cocktail recipes at the bottom of the mushroom whiskey recipe don’t specify whiskey quantities, just the other ingredients. Am I missing something or is this a mistake?

I was going to make a can of condensed milk caramel, but the recipe calls for a temperature of 203F and my Joule Turbo won't let me punch in a value higher than 197.6F. (My firmware is up to date.) We prefer to use a printed copy when cooking to avoid splash damage to electronics. As the title implies, sometimes the recipes have an additional banner that shows up when you go to print. Your site is dog slow and twitchy and not pleasant to use. Takes forever to register clicks on bookmarks etc. And doesn't stay signed in between pages. VERY annoying and we're paying for this!
