An hour to reach temperature

My Joule just took forever to heat to 180F I finally pulled out the Sansaire and brought the temperatureup but Joule willnot hold that temperature . The only thing that has changed is the iPhone update.

1. open app and follow directions for cleaning...if that doesn't help

2. open app, click on the three lines, click on help and support, open a ticket.
