Just bought it, brought home, followed directions on app and nothing. I get no lights at all. I have tried different outlets but they are all working with other appliances...still the new $200 joule will not turn on. App says can't find. I went through all the suggestions many times but without power I assume it is fruitless. This is very frustrating to say the least.
