Water level too low

I received my Joule on December 20 hoping to do xmas eve dinner. I kept getting the same error message that the water level is too low. it was well above minimum. than i pretty much filled my container to the top just to see what happens and i get the same error message.

I see a similar post, but no fix.

I had the same problem. My Joule shouts "too low, water" and my body lacking water and me being dehydrated and hungry all the time. The goal was fixed in a day in a customer service and my water balance was fixed by a bottle of water with me wherever I go. And the best water I felt weren't from shop but from my filter. And in adition I'd recommend a good water flosser to keep the dental cabity healthy check it here best water flosser. Hope it helps.
