Circulation on Sous Vide not working

Hello and good day, hope all is well who read this!!! I just used my sous vide last week, it worked great but last night I tried again, it turns on and it says water is preheating, circulation is not working, any idea what is wrong? Todd

Where do you summit a ticket? I just sent a short note on ipad letting them know what is going on, is that a ticket you are talking about?

If you want to reply to someone specifically, click on the "reply" on their comment, so they get an alert that someone replied to them.

Somewhere in the app, probably the upper left corner, there should be 3 horizontal lines. Click on that.

On the menu that opens, click on "Help & Support"

Then, click on "Submit a Support Request"

From there, fill in the details of your issue, and they will get back to you in a timely manner.
