% sign in password prevents joining of wireless network

As the subject states, if the password for a wireless network contains a % sign, Joule will not connect. The 'Enter you password, please" prompt simply disappears once the password is entered and the user clicks 'Okay'. It does not appear that an attempt is even made by the app to connect to the wireless network. It is likely a string escape issue. I was able to connect to the same wifi using this password a couple of revisions ago so this might be a bug introduced in a recent revision.

I forgot to mention that I know the percent sign is the cause of the issue because the removal of it results in a connection attempt to the wifi (albeit a failed one because of an incorrect password).
