Rapidly Flickering Lights

Hi, I just got my Joule, and it causes the lights in my kitchen to go crazy. Some flicker, some turn off and on very rapidly. All of my lights are on insteon-based dimmers and are LED bulbs or light strips. My old VacMaster SV1 which was 1500w did not cause any issue. I read that this is an issue in some wiring configurations but I can't use this unless I want to cook in the dark. I don't know why this one would be different than my SV1 since its 400 less watts. Is there anything I can put between the outlet and the joule to fix this problem? Its unusable as is. Thanks!

all sous vide devices do this, as they rapidly cycle power on and off to heating element to maintain steady temps. I don't know of any fixes other than to use a different circuit in the house.

+1 with Wes. It's not a problem, just annoying! I use mine on a separate circuit that my clothes washer uses.

In my kitchen I can only use in the GFCI outlets. I'm in the US.

ALL my lights flicker in the whole house. It is most pronounced with LED lamps. It does not matter what circuit I use. Has anyone tried to use a "balanced power conditioner"?
