hey guys, I’m having an issue about my new joule. Updated the app and first cook was perfect but right after that tried a 24 your cook recipe, joule stop at about 5 hours into cooking indicating the water level is low but is full of water in the pot. Tried all the method online but still can’t make it work. What should I do next?
