Hi,
First time using the Joule and everything was going great. I was plugged into one of those outlets with the reset / test button. I guess the device drew too much power or there was a small surge but it popped out and the Joule shut off.
I was right there when it happened so I immediately got it powered back up. Unfortunately, it didn't appear there was any way to RESUME the cook. It said, if you had lost power for only a short time, hit cancel and start again. I basically had to start a new one. And, when I went back into the History, there was no data to say when the cook started or when it was interrupted, so it was up to me to:
1) Remember previous temp
2) Remember how long it had been cooking / when it started
3) Remember when it was supposed to be ready.
That all seems pretty dumb for such a smart device.
