I used this joule for months without issue, but all of a sudden, for about 2 weeks it won't connect to my device. I reset the bluetooth cache on my phone, factory reset the joule itself, scanned constantly for hours over the span of about 10 days. The light is solid white, but I can't connect to the joule at all. The only thing that comes up with the scan is "Here's what's up, we did not find any joules. Learn more". I see the joule when i go into my bluetooth on the phone itself but it won't see it to pair through the app. What else can i try?
