No longer connecting even though it recognizes the Joule unit on the app. And having to login/sign in now???? Have never had to do that before for the last 1 year plus.

I sent email to support as well. Very displeased today!!

I'm having an issue today with signing in to WiFi since it says I'm not the original owner. Might be my fault, since I loaned it to a friend. I also managed to have two different ChefSteps accounts somehow, and I'm not sure which is the on I should be using lol. Don't have time to figure it out right now.

I also wonder if the standards have changed because Breville is not a US company (Australian)? Other countries have different regulations for consumer products than the US, and one-size-fits-all may have to apply.
